The masterbatches are mostly used in the Optical Fibre Cable segment in the manufacturing of loose and furcation tubes, and are designed, taking into consideration the following:

1. Translucency during the extrusion process
2. Opacity upon cooling.
3. Compatibility with Thixotropic Gel
4. Compatibility with a wider variety of PBT compounds of different manufacturers.
